Studying at UNISBA has numerous benefits, including internationalization. By studying at UNISBA, students have the chance to become a part of a diverse and international community of students and faculty. Study in UNISBA help me to improve multitasking and teamwork skills as well as develop my multicultural communication skills. Furthermore, UNISBA taught me to always hold fast to the principles of Islamic religion in dealing with all matters.
The internationalization opportunities offered at UNISBA are made possible through partnerships with KUI. KUI offers numerous international programs and has training opportunities. During my studies, the university assisted me with funding, recommendation letters, guidance while at IISMA, and acted as a liaison with the Ministry of Education.
After participating in many international programs, I get benefit from having a broad network of friends from across the world and a greater understanding of different cultures and ways of life. This experience can be valuable in both their personal and professional lives, preparing me for success in a globally interconnected world.

Unisba provide rooms for students to find their passion and support it effectively in academic and non-academic corridors. Opportunities to do international mobility is opened widely for freshmen to seniors. In 2018, I joined the FWWMUN at the UN Headquarters. Before attending it my feeling was a mixture of happiness and anxious. After actually doing it, I felt that the event opened up new horizons for me personally, resulting in me getting addicted to looking for similar opportunities. During my study in Unisba, the International Office have not been established yet so that I need to struggle alone, but now with International Office, you do not have to.
The presence of the International Office in Unisba widens the potential for students to be global and catch opportunities for international mobility. The opportunity that I caught in 2018 was so beneficial for me, starting from emerging my courage to voice my aspirations, thinking critically, negotiating efficiently, and implementing ideas to become tangible actions regarding related issues around me. In the same year, I was delegated as Indonesia official representative in UNCTAD Youth Forum in UN Hq Palais Des Nations, Geneva. In 2021 I became a speaker in UNCTAD 15 Barbados.

Since entering college, I began my self-exploring journey in Unisba, knowing I had a strong ambition to study abroad. I participated in numerous student communities and contributed to many events to boost my skills. I am so thankful that Unisba has provided us students with many opportunities to enhance our passion and productivity. Hence, I was able to level up my capabilities and pave my way to my goal, and until then, I learned about IISMA.
Had I not convinced myself to apply for IISMA, I would not have experienced studying at a top university in Europe, let alone dreaming of it. The journey along the process was not easy, but I had been getting massive support from KUI Unisba. There were many grateful things I want to mention, but I still remember struggling to find a proper place and a stable connection to do my IISMA interview; KUI Unisba wholeheartedly provided me with room to do so. It played a massive part in my decision because the interview went well. Also, there is a series of boot camps, mock interviews, consultations, and many more. I am so grateful that I received such great help.
Now that I have been officially an IISMA Alumni, it brings many lessons to feed my eagerness to study. It opens my perspective on how we learn, as a student, not only for ourselves but also for other people in our country that puts hope in our generation. I am working as hard as I can to give back to the community and run the legacy for our future.

Two years, seven months, and 20 days have passed since then. Various processes have been passed, and various benefits have been obtained during my time as a student at the Faculty of Da’wah, Bandung Islamic University. With various problems and issues, I am still on the same path and goal: to become a student whose various achievements can inspire. There are many benefits that I got while studying at UNISBA because, in this place, I was allowed to express myself and find my identity, starting from the leadership that was highly honed in the faculty of da’wah, then the opportunity to participate in various competitions facilitated and assisted by student affairs, until I could achieve my dreams after going through such a long process, until the international office of UNISBA allowed me to participate in student mobilization activities between nations in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia.
Of course, it is an honor for me to be allowed to carry out the mandate as a student delegate on the Ummatic Festival 3.0 agenda, which was held in Malaysia, because the program that interested me was about Leadership, Volunteerism (Volunteer), culture (Culture) and most importantly about the Mosque, which at the time of the activity which I focused on the “Islamic Tourism” agenda visiting several mosques in Ipoh, Perak, namely the Ubudiah Mosque, Paloh Mosque, Sultan Idris Shah II Mosque, Panglima Kinta Mosque, and the central place of the Grand Final night at the Muhammad Al-Fateeh Mosque. However, far from that, the International Affairs Office always accompanied our continuity process during Ummatic Festival 3.0, starting from the file preparation process and departure to the activity; KUI accompanied and ensured that we did well until returning to Indonesia.
After running the international program at the Ummatic Festival 3.0 Malaysia, I get many benefits, including building international relations with delegates from countries participating in the Ummatic Festival three program. 0, on the other hand, I also have a special mission about the condition of the younger generation. I started with questions and stories from the condition of organizational interest in the campus environment. It turned out that when I shared one of them with the Student President of the DRB HICOM Automotive University of Malaysia, the conditions were the same; it turned out that the organizational interest was lacking, preferring things that had clear advantages such as work, one of them, even though the organization was our investment for the future and in the world of work as well. On the other hand, the benefit I get is that I can find out from visiting Islamic tourism to several mosques in Ipoh, Perak there remember and embed the history of the founding process and some of the figures who built the mosque, so this can also be applied to mosques in Indonesia, especially campus mosques at the Islamic University of Bandung, the rest Alhamdulillah there are many benefits that I cannot mention one by one, which in essence I can embed history in the journey of life to achieve what I have noted in my dream, namely bringing the good name of the university to the international arena.
