Efforts were also made to reignite collaborative initiatives that were temporarily halted due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, with a solid commitment to fostering new avenues of cooperation.
Throughout the meeting, various pertinent issues were discussed, including the experiences and challenges faced by the Malaysian community residing in Indonesia and reciprocal considerations for Indonesian individuals in Malaysia. Additionally, the gathering delved into the common forms of cooperation typically undertaken by Indonesian universities with Malaysian counterparts. Notably, the role of Unisba in advancing Indonesia-Malaysia cooperation in the future was emphasized, with a shared vision for enhanced partnerships between the two nations.
We thank Mr. Mohd Mubarak Shamsuddin and the Embassy of Malaysia in Jakarta for their warm reception and meaningful discussions. We look forward to further cultivating our relationship and propelling collaborative endeavors between Unisba and Malaysia.
