Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) collaborates with the Halal Science Center of Chulalongkorn University (HSC-CU), Thailand, which is marked by the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The signing of the MoU was a part of a series of activities of the Thailand Halal Assembly 2022 (The International Halal Science and Technology Conference 2022 – IHSATEC and the 15th Halal Science Industry and Business – HASIB) with the theme ‘Soft Powering of Halal Science Technology and Innovation’. This event was held at Chaloem Rajakumari 60 Building, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand.
In addition, a Lecturer of the Pharmacy Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Unisba, apt. Diar Herawati, M.Si., won the ‘Best Academic Presentation’ at the Thailand Halal Assembly 2022 (The International Halal Science and Technology Conference 2022 (IHSATEC): 15th Halal Science Industry and Business (HASIB). The activity, which carries the theme “Soft Powering of Halal Science Technology and Innovation”, was simultaneously held at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, on Thursday-Friday (15-16/12/2022).
In the future, She and her team hope that their research can help in building a bridge to industrialization, through PT Uzma Prima Sinergi, and collaborating with other researchers, specifically from Chulalongkorn University, to further their current research and understanding of the Halal Industry.
